Our client is looking for an experienced candidate who will play an integral role in developing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on the salesforce.com platform. Key Areas Of Responsibilities Design, prototype, build, document and support solutions for the Salesforce.com CRM to meet business needs, including configurations, customizations and integrations. Good Experience in Lightning development and LWC. Able to provide solutions for the complex requirements and Projects. Experience in Implementing REST, SOAP and Streaming API Integrations. Experience in CI/CD Process for version controlling. Develop new and maintain existing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components and Visual Force pages. Develop and adhere to best practices for coding, documentation and deployment of code to production. Contribute to the migration of Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages, Lightning Component development and other necessary UI technologies. Work with team on the development and maintenance of system integrations involving Salesforce and applications that integrate with Salesforce, including CPQ, ERP and other external vendor systems. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for design specifications, root cause analysis, change management and peer reviews. Provide great customer service to users across the organization in response to production environment issues and support requests Utilize good troubleshooting skills and conduct root cause analysis. Participate in software development using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Review and keep informed of new features made available with each Salesforce release and how they will impact the CS org. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer or engineering discipline and/or related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of industry experience developing applications on the Force.com platform, using APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL and Lightning, and using tools such as Vs code, Dataloader. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System, LWC, Lightning Component framework and other necessary UI technologies. Demonstrated experience building integrations with Salesforce.com using REST/SOAP API's. Understanding and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for code development and deployment. Strong communications skills - able to communicate with technical/non-technical people. Familiarity with development in an Agile framework is a plus. Technical Certifications Certified Platform developer I, Platform Developer II prefered. Certified Salesforce.com Administrator Soft Skills Motivated and Self-Driven. Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and critical thinking skills. Good technical documentation skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.

This individual will partner closely with our Go-To-Market Operations and Professional Services teams and lead key initiatives for the organization from discovery to implementation. What You'll Be Doing Work closely with the Go-To-Market Operations teams and lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of major projects on the Salesforce platform and other related SaaS systems Manage a project portfolio with a focus on launching new products and developing new solutions for our sales organization Work cross-functionally with a global team of technical developers, IT application owners and business partners from across the company Use a combination of standard functionality and custom development to solve business problems Implement and integrate third-party applications on the Salesforce platform as well as standalone SaaS applications Ensure accurate testing on all solutions before deployment, including facilitation of User Acceptance Testing with business partners In addition to Salesforce, you will have opportunities to work within the Zendesk infrastructure & products and our outstanding application stack! Work with Workato as a middleware between systems Must Have What you bring to the role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 2-4 years Salesforce experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Consistent track record of having implemented and supported enterprise class solutions on the Salesforce platform - including requirements gathering, system design, configuration / development, testing & UAT, and production cutover. Experience managing systems to support enterprise sales organizations. Polished presenter and self-starter who can communicate effectively to a diverse audience of business and technical partners. Proficiency with DataLoader, Workbench.io, and MS Excel for data manipulation Nice To Have Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, Salesforce Configure Price Quote (or similar), Sales Cloud Consultant certifications. Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based selling models is a plus.
