Role Purpose:

As a Lead - Business Development, you will drive strategic client acquisition and relationship management for our recruitment services.

You should have a strong network in EPC, Energy, Power, Aviation, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, and Pharma, with the proven ability to onboard new clients and build trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: -

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. - Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Heads. -

Onboard and grow new client accounts. -

Maintain and expand a robust industry network. -

Lead the full BD cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure. - Coordinate with delivery teams for effective service. -

Stay updated with market trends and competition. - Represent the company at events and client meetings. -

Maintain BD activity records using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile: - 5-10 years in Business Development with a recruitment/talent solutions firm. -

Must have experience onboarding clients in EPC, Energy, Power, Aviation, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, and Pharma. -

Strong corporate network and decision-maker connects. - Proven record of achieving BD targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - High energy, self-motivated, result-oriented. - Office-based role with hybrid Saturday.
