Role and Responsibilities


  • As a

    Lead-Booking & Ops

    incumbent, you are responsible for the management and processing of all inbound sales and reservations inquiries from various channels, as well as answering customer/agent inquiries.
  • You will ensure that every customer who comes into contact with

    StayRelive

    receives exceptional customer service and an outstanding experience at all times meeting or exceeding set KPIs.
  • Have an existing knowledge and network of the extended stay hotels & serviced apartment industry (key geographies:

    UK

    ,

    Europe,

    and

    North America

    )
  • Contribute to the harmonization of SOPs and policies across the supply chain.
  • You will be working towards proactively growing

    StayRelive’s

    partner relations across the globe, maintaining and developing existing supplier relationships to ensure that contracts, contacts, and content is up to date.
  • Establish B2B relationships with Property Managers, Revenue Managers, and Sales & Reservation teams to secure commissionable, exclusive, and annuity rate contracts.
  • Liaising with the sales/booking team to assist with inquiries that require immediate new suppliers and working collaboratively on new client acquisitions, onboarding, and client RFPs.
  • You will be involved in making and amending reservations, gathering lead inquiries for the sales team, qualifying leads, confirming group reservations, closing inquiries, and reporting daily sales along with performance indicators.
  • You will undertake sales research, with the aim of assisting the sales team in identifying and developing new leads.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure the outstanding customer experience is always achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with all colleagues, providing additional support where needed.
  • Work alongside the Sales Team to review the role the booking department plays in supporting

    StayRelive

    sales strategies.
  • Available for out-of-hour on-call duties as required.

 


Qualification and Skills

  • Preferably

    4-6

    years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry with knowledge of the travel-trade ecosystem.
  • The position requires an ambitious individual with excellent customer service skills, excellent telephone manners, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Commercially astute and adaptable to the needs of the business.
  • Applicants should be proficient in Word, and Excel, and experience in CRM are preferable.
  • Drive to help the business grow.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work remotely.
  • Preferred Qualification: Graduate, preferably from Tier I/Tier II University.
