Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide world-class service by supporting OEM customers with order fulfillment and on-time delivery goals.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding open orders, delivery schedules, and shipping status.
Proactively identify and fulfill customer expedite requests using business judgment and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with Lead/Account Managers and Procurement teams to maintain adequate inventory levels while avoiding obsolete/dead stock.
Enter customer orders promptly and accurately.
Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM as per Inside Sales guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle a team of 5 10 associates.
Ensure daily activities are completed without errors or backlog.
Manage order entry and provide regular updates to customers on open orders.
Consolidate and prepare reports for customers on order status.
Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance and track related metrics.
Coordinate with SCM for expedites, cancellations, or changes in purchase orders.
Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, and formulas) for reporting and analysis.

Key Skills

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and basic formulas).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Email etiquette and professional business writing.
Customer handling and team management abilities.
