Job Summary We are seeking a talented and proactive RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath to join our automation team. The developer will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and building robust, scalable automation solutions using UiPath. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator Work closely with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements Build reusable components and libraries to support automation standards Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions Monitor bot performance and handle error handling and exception management Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Maintain existing automations and implement improvements as needed Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework Experience with selectors, queues, data scraping, and OCR tools Knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Developer Advanced Certification Experience with API integrations and SQL databases Exposure to other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) Familiarity with Agile methodologies Show more Show less
