Lead Analyst - SCM General

As the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) Lead Analyst at Eaton, your role will be crucial in driving the Global SIOP Revamp Program. You will bring your expertise in Program Management to collaborate with business divisions, understand the current ERP and other applications portfolio, map data sources, and ensure alignment with standard templates. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will be key in deploying the SIOP program across various divisions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Business Divisions to understand the current ERP, Kinaxis, and other applications portfolio - Gain insights into the current IBP network and hierarchies - Map available data sources for each division to template components - Collaborate with Business divisional SIOP team to ensure data availability in line with standard templates - Assist business units in understanding standard data templates and data requirements - Define interim and long-term data sources for each division - Validate templates with business divisions and finalize SIOP templates - Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for data migration process - Coordinate with Supply Chain Analytics team for BI reports development Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field - 10 to 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management - Minimum 5-7 years of experience with SIOP processes and methodologies Skills: - Proven experience in program management and data management - Strong understanding of SIOP process - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Proficiency in data mapping and migration processes - Experience with BI tools and report development is a plus - Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint - Understanding and working knowledge of Kinaxis is an added advantage - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational and project management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
