About the Role

Lead Analyst – AI Engineer

You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models that enhance image processing, data analysis, and automation workflows for large-scale engineering and manufacturing applications. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems, collaborate with global experts, and contribute to the development of next-generation intelligent technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for image processing, pattern recognition, and data-driven automation.
• Build and refine deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LSTMs, Attention mechanisms).
• Implement and evaluate supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, model regularization, and feature engineering.
• Work with

  Hugging Face Transformers

  ,

  vector databases

  (Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, ElasticSearch), and

  RAG

  pipelines for LLM applications.
• Develop high-performance algorithms using

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments.
• Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy across diverse data sets.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  PhD with 2+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years, or Bachelor’s with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
• Must be from a

  premier institute

  (IIT, IISc, IIIT, NIT, BITS, or top regional Tier-1 college).

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

  in:

• Python, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Algorithm Development, and Image Processing.

• 3.5–4 years of proficiency

  with

  PyTorch

  or

  TensorFlow/Keras

  .
• Experience working in

  product

  ,

  semiconductor

  , or

  hardware manufacturing

  companies is

  mandatory

• Strong background in
