Job Description

As a Lead Analyst AI Engineer at our company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for image processing, pattern recognition, and data-driven automation. Your responsibilities will include building and refining deep learning architectures, implementing supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for image processing, pattern recognition, and data-driven automation. - Build and refine deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LSTMs, and Attention mechanisms. - Implement and evaluate supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, model regularization, and feature engineering. - Work with Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, ElasticSearch, and RAG pipelines for LLM applications. - Develop high-performance algorithms using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments. - Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy across diverse data sets. - Use Git/GitHub, Docker, and Jupyter Notebooks for development, version control, and experimentation. - Communicate results and insights effectively to stakeholders and technical peers. Required Qualifications: - Education: PhD with 2+ years, or Masters with 5+ years, or Bachelors with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related engineering field. - Must be from a premier institute (IIT, IISc, IIIT, NIT, BITS, or top regional Tier-1 college). - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Algorithm Development, and Image Processing. - 3.54 years of proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras. - Experience working in product, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing companies is mandatory. - Strong background in data structures, optimization, and model deployment. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning transformer-based architectures. - Exposure to SQL, data pipelines, and cloud-based ML environments. - Prior experience in AI for manufacturing, imaging, or process control. - Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and applied algorithms. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the work environment for this role follows a hybrid model with 3 days working from the office in Chennai. The interview process consists of 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Support is available for relocation for qualified candidates. Notably, individuals from companies such as HCL are restricted from applying for this position, and candidates with a B.Sc/BCA background are not eligible.,
