Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead / AM to join our team in Noida.
Have expertise in UK Policy Administration, UK pensions, UK defined benefits, UK defined contributions, and UK workplace pension.
Additionally, they will have knowledge of FCA / HMRC / TRP regulations and excellent people management and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of policy administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with key clients
Manage and maintain knowledge of FCA / HMRC / TRP regulations and ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

2-12 years of experience in UK Policy Administration, UK pensions, UK defined benefits, UK defined contributions, and UK workplace pension
In-depth knowledge of FCA / HMRC / TRP regulations
Excellent people management and client management skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
