Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Business Expansion & Acquisition

a. Partner acquisition across sectors (Banks, NBFC, Health tech, Fintech, MFIs, etc)

b. Regular Engagement with prospects and to ensure a robust pipeline.

c. Understanding of product and services of competition

d. Ability to create and provide solutions to partners/prospects.

2. Account Management & Maintenance

a. To manage and maintain acquired partner accounts.

b. Ensure to provide best service to clients and expansion of business numbers

c. Regular visit, review and follow up with clients and maintain an effective relationship.

3. Understanding of BFSI (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) , Fintech industries, new developments and strategic direction

4. Management Skills Ability to manage and effectively communicate with Top Management of prospects. Solution oriented approach
