About the Role:

Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the 

  end-to-end lifecycle

  of AI/ML projects — from problem definition, data acquisition, model design, and training to deployment and monitoring.
• Architect and implement 

  scalable ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks

  for efficient model delivery.
• Develop and optimize 

  machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models

  for various business use cases (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure 

  data quality, integrity, and accessibility

  across multiple systems.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices and emerging AI technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to 

  translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions

  .
• Evaluate and implement 

  state-of-the-art AI frameworks, libraries, and tools

  to enhance performance and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance through retraining and drift detection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

  Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

• 8+ years of hands-on experience

  in AI/ML model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Expertise in
