Your responsibilities will involve steering agile testing strategies, engaging with top business and technology stakeholders, and mastering regression automation within our framework. Your key responsibilities will include: Agile Testing Strategy: - Take charge of the testing approach in an agile environment to ensure robustness and thoroughness. - Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers to refine user stories, ensuring testability and setting clear acceptance criteria. - Lead discussions during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. High-level Stakeholder Collaboration: - Directly engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on quality expectations and deliverables. - Provide expert insights on product quality, risks, and strategies for mitigation. Advanced Regression Automation Mastery: - Independently drive regression testing, utilizing our automation framework to the fullest and maintaining a continuous feedback loop. - Introduce manual testing strategically to complement automated regression. Quality Leadership: - Set the gold standard for quality assurance practices and establish benchmarks through leading by example. - Research and introduce innovative testing methodologies, tools, and processes continuously. - Mentor and guide team members through knowledge sharing and feedback, even as an individual contributor. Self-management and Proactivity: - Operate independently and take ownership of high-impact quality assurance projects. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive changes to enhance the effectiveness of the QA process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field with relevant testing experience. - Over 8 years of experience in quality assurance, showcasing expertise in leading testing strategies. - Profound knowledge of agile methodologies and their practical applications. - Expertise in test automation tools, frameworks, and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
