Location: IVIRA Global Preschool, Tirupati

Timings: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our preschool. You’ll ensure that all administrative activities run smoothly, support our educators, and help maintain a welcoming and joyful environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks.

● Supervise support staff and coordinate their daily schedules and duties.

● Manage admissions, inquiries, registrations, and parent communication.

● Maintain school records, attendance logs, and inventory.

● Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth program execution.

● Monitor facility operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

● Support event planning, communication, and reporting activities.

● Act as the key liaison between management, staff, and parents.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

● Prior experience in school administration or operations (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

● Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software tools.

● Understanding of early childhood education or childcare regulations preferred.

● Positive, solution-oriented, and approachable demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
