• To organize and conduct induction programs for all the new recruits.
• To conduct the training need analysis for all cadre of employees
• Prepare budget for HR and submit to Head HR for approval; ensure adherence to the same through periodic monitoring
• To plan organize and conduct inhouse & outhouse development programs for the executives, supervisors, staff and workers.
• To prepare & update the training module as and when required.
• To identify in-house facility for the training sessions, to conduct in-house skill development programs.
• To identify resources for the in-house program in consultation with the manager.
• To assist the managers to nominate the employees for external training
• Responsible to coordinate with the departmental heads to ensure the training of all staff.
• To maintain all the training records.
• To organize train-the-trainer programs for the identified line managers and supervisors who will be the internal source persons supporting the HR department.
• Monitoring on-the-job training programs that are carried out by every department.
• Evaluation of the training programs for its effectiveness.
• To organize employee engagement activities.
• Conduct employee satisfaction survey on quarterly basis..
• Responsible for employee Reward and Recognition
• Send mails for announcement of various in-house trainings and Employee Birthday wishing
• Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
