Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage employee development programs that enhance skills, performance, and engagement. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to assess training needs and deliver effective learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and sessions on topics
  • Identify soft skill gaps across teams and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Design and deliver training programs (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.) using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, facilities, and communications.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) to track participation and completion rates.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and instructional design best practices.
  • Assist in creating career development pathways and succession planning tools.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future training programs.
  • Track progress and create reports on training outcomes and participation.

  • Hands-on experience with personality training
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in using learning technologies and tools
  • Ability to analyze data and assess the impact of training programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
