Corporate Relationship Officer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Corporate Relations Officer who can bridge the gap between talent and industry by building strong corporate partnerships, driving learner placements, and expanding our hiring network. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver consistent placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new corporate leads for learner placements, training programs, and partnerships.
  
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners through innovative engagement strategies.
  
• Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination based on corporate client requirements.
  
• Align and schedule a minimum of

  30 interviews per month

  with corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly placement targets by implementing strategic initiatives.
  
• Design and execute

  BTL (Below the Line) campaigns

  for lead generation and brand positioning.

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:

• Experience:

  2 to 10 years in corporate relations, placements, or business development. (Age Criteria Below 35 years)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  
• Tech-savvy with experience in using

  bulk email tools, WhatsApp tools, and CRM systems

  .
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and sustain corporate tie-ups.
  
• Result-oriented mindset with innovative approaches to achieve placement targets.
