Position: L&D Coordinator

Department: HR Learning & Development

Location: Biological E, Vaccines, Shameerpet

Employment Type: Contractual (Third Party Payroll)

Work Schedule: 6-day week (two Saturdays off)

Qualification: MBA HR

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Learning & Development (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Track attendance, feedback, training reports, and maintain updated training records.
• Training Coordination & Logistics: Schedule and coordinate training programs, venues, equipment, and materials.
• Learning Management System (LMS): Administer LMS for tracking training progress and participant data.
• Training Effectiveness: Monitor, evaluate, and report training impact and outcomes.
• Dashboards & MIS: Prepare monthly L&D review dashboards, no-show data, and POSH coverage reports.
• Cost & Vendor Management: Update MIS and cost files; coordinate vendor payment processes.
• Communication: Manage training invites, post-training mailers, and stakeholder communication for nominations.

Candidate Profile

• MBA in HR.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in L&D (freshers with the right skills may also apply).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
