L&D Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team at BAWAN CYBERTEK PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in the field.

• Coordinate and implement learning and development programs for employees.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in L&D coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using learning management systems and other educational software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
