Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team at BAWAN CYBERTEK PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and implement learning and development programs for employees.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an L&D coordinator or in a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is desirable.
