Lateral Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases, to identify and attract high-quality passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Conduct preliminary interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    A

    Bachelor's degree

    in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter

    with a focus on lateral recruitment.
  • Freshers
