Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the complete hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Documentation and Reports:

    Maintain employee records, recruitment documents, and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Evaluate new hires during their initial 30 days using dashboards and key metrics; escalate concerns as needed.
  • Department Collaboration:

    Serve as liaison between the CEO and department heads; compile, analyze, and present actionable insights.
  • Grievance Handling & Culture Initiatives:

    Address employee concerns, foster a positive culture, and lead internal branding initiatives.
  • Operational Planning:

    Collaborate with the CEO to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strategic Documentation:

    Prepare presentations, reports, and documents to support decision-making.
  • Proactive Problem Solving:

    Analyze potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Technology Integration:

    Leverage tools to enhance HR processes, data management, and reporting systems.
