Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies Maintain and update the applicant tracking system Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Provide regular updates to the team on recruitment progress Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong understanding of job descriptions and recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of various sourcing techniques including social media and networking Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
