Lateral Recruiter

The role of a Lateral/Leadership Recruiter based in Gurugram/Noida involves working in a 1PM-10PM shift for 5 days a week in an off-role capacity. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting non-IT professionals by utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will be expected to use recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process. In addition to sourcing talent, you will also be responsible for managing candidates through the recruitment process. This involves ensuring timely communication, conducting phone and video interviews, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers with detailed profiles and recommendations. As a Lateral/Leadership Recruiter, you will be required to continuously improve recruitment processes by analyzing data and collaborating with the hiring team to refine job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies will be essential in this role.
