Laptop Hardware Technician

Job Title: Computer & Laptop Repair Technician Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. Company: VIKIVIN SERVICES Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Computer & Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, and related electronic devices, along with the ability to diagnose, repair, and service them efficiently. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies are highly valued. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and other computer systems. Replace and repair hardware components (motherboard, RAM, hard drives, SSDs, processors, etc.). Perform software installations, OS updates, and troubleshooting. Handle chip-level repairing, soldering, and component replacements (if skilled). Perform maintenance services: cleaning, thermal paste replacement, cooling system service, etc. Troubleshoot and repair accessories (monitors, keyboards, printers, networking devices, etc.). Provide technical support to customers and explain repair details in simple terms. Keep records of repairs, parts used, and service reports. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace. Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in laptop and desktop repairing (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and replacement. Understanding of software troubleshooting, virus removal, and OS installation. Knowledge of networking, CCTV, printers, and other IT devices is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new repair skills. Preferred (But Not Mandatory):Chip-level repairing experience. Knowledge of data recovery techniques.
