Job Summary: Namo Tech is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Laptop Hardware Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Freshers passionate about hardware technology are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues. Perform repairs and replacements for components such as motherboards, displays, keyboards, batteries, etc. Assemble, disassemble, and install hardware parts as required. Conduct functionality tests to ensure quality standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines during all repairs. Provide basic technical support to customers when necessary. Requirements: Minimum education: 12th Pass. Freshers can apply; training will be provided. Interest in laptop hardware and repair work. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
