Transparency: Ensure sharing of true and accurate information about customers, properties, sellers, etc., to maintain transparent practices. Lead Management: Track lead management, WIP files, reject reviews, SUD files, timely part disbursements or new disbursements, timely transactions, cheque releases, and support timely PDD collection.
