Job Description

Role Overview: As a Communication Trainer in the Engineering & Construction industry, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. You will conduct individual and group training sessions on topics such as communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution. Utilizing various training techniques like role-playing, simulations, and games, you will enhance the learning experience for the trainees. Additionally, you will assess trainee needs through surveys and feedback, continuously improve training materials and methods, organize workshops and webinars, and collaborate with management to identify training gaps and provide solutions. Your role will also involve supporting trainees in setting personal development goals, tracking their progress, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging soft skills best practices. Furthermore, you will create and distribute training materials, conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness, provide one-on-one coaching sessions, and contribute to a positive team environment through feedback and support.
