Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Specialist based in Greater Noida. The Land Acquisition Specialist will handle identifying potential land acquisition opportunities, performing due diligence, negotiating contracts, and supporting land development activities. Role is to identify lands in Uttar Pradesh. Daily tasks will include liaising with landowners, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Mandatory to have experience in land acquisition or real estate development
• Land Acquisition and Land Development skills
• Good Contacts with Land Aggregators/Land Owners
• Contract Negotiation skills
• Due Diligence skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree good to have
