Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, etc.) using survey numbers, sub-division details, FMB maps, and revenue records.

• Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and land surveys to assess suitability.

• Verify land ownership, title deeds, encumbrances, and ensure legal compliance.

• Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders for purchase or long-term lease.

• Liaise with government departments (Revenue, VAO, Survey, Registration, Panchayat, etc.) for approvals, NOCs, and permits.

• Prepare and review agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal documents.

• Ensure smooth handling of mutation, sub-division, and registration processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and community leaders to build trust and long-term partnerships.

• Track and monitor acquisition status; prepare regular progress reports for management.

• Support the legal and project teams in resolving land-related disputes or compliance issues.

Requirements:

✅ Any degree

✅ Proven experience (2–6 years) in land acquisition / procurement / real estate, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Survey numbers, FMB maps, sub-division processes

• Revenue department procedures & land laws

• Sale deed, lease deed, registration & mutation processes

✅ Excellent communication skills.

✅ Ability to travel frequently to project sites and work in rural locations.
