You will be joining Dhrumik Land Developers Private Limited as a full-time on-site Land Acquisition professional based in Rajkot. Your responsibilities will include handling acquisitions, due diligence, land acquisition, land development, and conducting market research on a regular basis. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in acquisitions, land acquisition, due diligence, land development, and market research. Previous experience in the real estate or land development industry is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
