   Lab Manager

• Location:

   MIDC Industrial Area, Wadi Hingna Road, Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440016

• Start Date:

   Immediate Joining

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage our brand-new research laboratory
• Maintain and operate cutting-edge lab equipment, handling basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work in controlled environments to support product testing and development
• Handle inventory management and procurement of lab supplies
• Learn and master coin cell and pouch cell fabrication/testing (training provided)
• Maintain high research standards and improve experimental processes
• Be part of a team setting up the lab from scratch and establishing best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

   At least two years in a professional science laboratory

• Skills:

   Strong hands-on skills and experience with lab equipment

• Attention to Detail:

   Precision and accuracy in lab tasks

• Lab Safety Knowledge:

   Understanding of safety and cleanliness protocols

• Proactive Mindset:

   Willingness to learn new techniques, including battery cell testing (training provided)
