About the role-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with around 3 years of experience in laboratory and field material testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in construction material testing, report preparation, and documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining testing accuracy, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting the lab’s technical and documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

Laboratory Testing

• Conduct testing of civil engineering materials including soil, concrete, aggregates, bitumen, and cement as per IS/ASTM standards.
• Maintain calibration, accuracy, and performance of testing equipment.
• Record, analyze, and interpret test results with precision.

Field Testing

• Perform field testing such as compaction, core cutting, soil sampling, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).
• Supervise sample collection and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams for on-site testing and reporting.

Documentation & Reporting (ISO 17025)

• Prepare test reports, calibration records, and other quality documentation.
• Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) records in line with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, proficiency testing, and corrective action processes.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards in all testing activities.
• Contribute to method validation, measurement uncertainty, and continual improvement initiatives.
