Job Description

Should be having leadership skills Hands on experience of equipment Maintain the Lab sampling and analysis as per SOP. Timely Collection and processing of samples in laboratory in respective shift. Maintain of lab Records by lab executives verification and signed on daily Basis Monitoring of daily utilities, chemicals consumption and consumables on daily Basis Timely Sending of Daily lab reports as required by COO / HOD Filing and maintaining of daily log books. All Shift data process in lab and record maintenance Follow all safety precautions and guidelines issued timely and also ensure safety of workers working under your supervision. Reporting of all incidents, near miss accidents, unsafe conditions timely and handling of all emergency situations in lab. All laboratory log books need to be updated timely and must available for audit and review whenever asked. Lab analysis reports must be published within specified time frame Maintain sufficient inventory of consumables and laboratory equipment s (Excluding major ones). Maintain all lab instruments and equipment in upkeep condition. Except emergency situations, all leaves must be well planned, intimated and authorised in advance. In hand tasks must be delegated to competent person before going on leave. Develop thorough understanding in Preparation and Review of Laboratory documents related to NABL certification.
