Job Summary:

Remex Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Incharge to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure accuracy in diagnostic testing, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the medical laboratory.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory tests and reports.
• Maintain calibration and performance of all lab instruments and equipment.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and laboratory safety protocols.
• Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking of reagents and consumables.
• Train and guide junior laboratory staff and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for efficient patient service.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all laboratory activities.
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality assurance systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and reporting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
