As a Lab Incharge at our chemistry laboratory, your role is crucial in overseeing and managing the daily operations effectively. You will utilize your strong background in chemistry, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment to ensure the laboratory's efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures for a secure working environment. - Supervise and provide training to laboratory staff, students, or interns to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Conduct necessary experiments, tests, and analysis while maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation. - Coordinate with other departments, researchers, or clients for seamless collaboration. - Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures to enhance efficiency. - Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials to maintain safety standards. Requirements: - BSc in Chemistry or a related field. - Relevant laboratory experience. - Strong knowledge of chemistry, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with laboratory management software. - Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures. - Certification in laboratory safety or a related field.
