Lab Chemist

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Lab Chemist/Executive- Quality Location: Rohtak, Haryana Company: Group of Patanjali Industry: Noodle Manufacturing Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food quality control or food testing laboratory, preferably in the noodles or FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and internal quality parameters. Maintain proper documentation of lab records, test results, and reports. Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within the production and lab areas. Coordinate with production and QA teams for product improvements and corrective actions. Handle lab equipment and ensure their timely calibration and maintenance. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, FSSAI, and GMP practices. Proficient in lab testing techniques and quality assurance tools. Good analytical and communication skills.
