As the Practice Head for the India Consulting Hub of Wipro's L&A Insurance practice within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the business. Your primary focus will be on the European market, with secondary support for the APMEA and Americas regions. Working closely with regional Consulting Leads for Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sound business growth strategy, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a high-quality talent pool within the India Consulting Hub. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams to identify and shape differentiated services and solutions within the Life, Pensions, and Annuities space. Your leadership will be crucial in driving delivery excellence, supporting key opportunities, and leading strategic engagements. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a strong competency and capability within the L&A Insurance team, aligning talent recruitment and development with market needs. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in conceiving effective growth strategies, proposing implementation plans, and tackling complex challenges. As a thought leader, you will engage with industry leaders, formulate points of view on trends, and proactively propose solutions to drive business outcomes.
