Job Description

EUC L3 Support Engineer

3 years of Strong knowledge of
Intune and MECM
for troubleshooting deployment, policy, and updating failures.
Expertise in
Windows OS
, endpoint performance analysis, event logs, and crash diagnostics.
Strong understanding of
Azure AD / Entra ID
, MFA, SSO, Hybrid Join, Conditional Access.
Advanced troubleshooting of
network, VPN, DNS,

certificate
and authentication issues.
Experience with
security & compliance tools
: Defender/EDR, BitLocker, WDAC/AppLocker.
Skilled in
performance monitoring
using tools like
SolarWinds, Intune Analytics, Log Analytics, KQL
.
Knowledge of
Saviynt
for identity/access-related escalations.
Strong understanding of
ITIL processes
Change Management & Release Management.
Ability to perform RCA, resolve high-impact incidents, and support escalations from L1/L2.
Experience with asset/inventory tools such as Snow.
Knowledge of change management and release management processes for enterprise environments.
