L3 Network Engineer

Role Overview: As a Network Operations Center Engineer in Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to respond to and troubleshoot alerts from monitoring tools and product incidents reported by peer groups, stakeholders, and support teams. You will be focusing on resolving issues related to our SD-WAN (Viptela) environments, Cisco SDN (ACI), FTD, network infrastructure, and Security infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Verify the accuracy and update of all reported Incident and Problem Management tickets created for application and infrastructure supporting our product - Act as second-tier response and provide technical support for incident management and resolution - Ensure that all incoming incidents are documented in the ticketing system - Escalate and prioritize unresolved issues to the appropriate on-call staff and facilitate ticket closure promptly - Manage Incident Communications regarding product availability, degradation, major Incidents, or customer reported issues within SLA parameters - Provide timely notification updates to middle and senior management electronically and via established communication channels for extended outages and maintenance windows - Respond and deliver requests related to operational efficiency, security practices, capacity management, service management, and product reliability - Oversee Outage and Maintenance, ensuring the accuracy of the official Product Status Announcement Templates and associated reports and documentation - Collaborate with operations teams, development, and Site Reliability staff to prioritize upcoming tasks related to application, deployment, or project - Manage priorities with occasional guidance from peers and management - Research and recommend solutions for repeated manual procedures and lengthy operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Certification in relevant network technologies such as SD-WAN (Viptela), Cisco SDN (ACI), or FTD - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security practices - Experience in incident management, problem resolution, and ticketing systems - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various levels of management and teams,
