The L2 Onsite Resource will be responsible for end-to-end Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations of the Securiti.AI Data Privacy Platform. The role ensures operational stability, regulatory compliance, and effective execution of PrivacyOps, DataOps, SecurityOps, and Governance workflows in line with defined SLAs.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational management of the Securiti.AI platform.
Ensure platform health, connector status, role-based access control (RBAC), and configuration management.
Coordinate with Securiti.AI OEM/L3 support for advanced issues.
Monitor scheduled discovery and classification jobs.
Validate classification accuracy and tune ML parameters.
Troubleshoot scan or connector failures.
Onboard new data sources and maintain data inventory.
Review and validate auto-generated data flows.
Coordinate with data owners to confirm lineage and data flow diagrams.
Ensure inventory and mapping updates are consistently reflected.
Monitor incoming Data Subject Requests (DSRs).
Execute automated and manual workflows for data access, deletion, and correction.
Ensure SLA adherence and maintain audit logs for all requests.
Monitor consent logs and cookie banner functionality.
Conduct periodic cookie scans.
Publish updated consent policies and deploy additional cookie banners as required.
Trigger and manage DPIA, ROPA, and vendor assessments.
Follow up with stakeholders, analyze responses, and flag risks.
Maintain up-to-date records of processing activities.
Manage vendor onboarding and periodic assessments.
Review vendor responses and escalate privacy or security risks.
Maintain vendor inventory and compliance status.
Monitor breach alerts and notifications.
Initiate breach workflows and documentation.
Prepare regulator-ready reports using platform templates.
Monitor automation workflows for failures.
Update approval chains, roles, and configurations.
Build or modify workflows on demand.
Publish weekly operational dashboards (DSR, Discovery, Consent, Vendor).
Prepare monthly compliance and data inventory reports.
Deliver quarterly governance reports for DPO/CISO stakeholders.

SOP updates as required
3 5+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Governance, or Security Operations.
Hands-on experience with privacy platforms (Securiti.AI preferred; OneTrust/BigID acceptable).
Strong understanding of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA.
Experience with structured and unstructured data environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
