This role involves troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience across our organization and knowledge of Office365 admin portals. We are also offering internship opportunities for aspiring IT professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and desktop support.
