Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an L1 Support position located in Mumbai . The L1 Support professional will handle day-to-day tasks that include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing customer support queries, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve client problems promptly. They will interact directly with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
