JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in delivering and managing training programs, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of employee development initiatives.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various departments
Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with managers
Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external training sessions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports on improvements
Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date
Collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus( LMS)
