KYC Operations Sr. Supervisor - C11 - MUMBAI

The KYC Operations Sr. Supervisor position at Citi is an intermediate management-level role where you will be leading a team to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting services. Your main responsibility is to develop and manage an internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing your team while ensuring service level standards are met - Collaborating with the Compliance department and senior management within business units - Overseeing new client onboarding and enhancing processes for a better client onboarding experience - Providing Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management and meeting targets within specified timelines - Monitoring daily account refresh activity to ensure compliance with regulatory/document requirements - Conducting quality reviews on new client and refresh cases to maintain a high level of quality - Managing the Book of Work for new system releases and infrastructure enhancements - Advising a KYC Compliance and Controls team - Completing KYC records accurately and timely and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Citi standards - Updating KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements - Following up with clients to ensure timely submission of information - Performing various KYC tasks including monitoring and tracking of KYC records and Appendix approval process - Operating with limited direct supervision, exercising judgment and autonomy, acting as an SME to stakeholders, managing teams, and assessing risks for business decisions - Managing India regulatory requirements Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Skills required for this role include Business Acumen, Credible Challenge, Laws and Regulations, Management Reporting, Policy and Procedure, Program Management, Referral and Escalation, Risk Controls and Monitors, Risk Identification and Assessment, and Risk Remediation.
