About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Translate product requirements into clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize product performance, and measure success through relevant KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, drive product discussions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and analytical insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Candidates from IITs/NITs are strongly preferred.
• 0- 1 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and using insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, user research, and product design principles.
• Technical understanding or experience in working with engineering teams is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as SQL,Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA, Notion, or similar.
• Prior experience in a tech product company or startup environment.
• Ability to think strategically while staying detail-oriented.
