Job Description

Telecalling Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    outbound calls

    to potential customers to promote and sell Kotak 811 Banking products.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various banking products to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Kotak.
  • Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and close deals.

Skills Required

  • Experience in

    telecalling

    or a sales role within a voice process.
  • A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (

    CRM

    ) software.
