Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Korean Project Coordinator who can also drive Business Development initiatives to support our international growth strategy. The ideal candidate will manage project communications, coordinate with Korean clients/stakeholders, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Korean client and internal teams. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and status reports. Translate and interpret business and technical requirements between Korean and English. Ensure smooth communication flow and resolve any project-related issues promptly. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Korean market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in Korean. Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. Support in negotiating and closing business deals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or business development. Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written) . Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work across cultures and time zones. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Preferred: Experience working with Korean clients or in Korean business environments. Prior experience in IT, software, or international projects is a plus. Show more Show less
