We are looking for a highly skilled UI Development Lead to own and drive the UI strategy, architecture, and execution across our web and mobile platforms. This is a purely technical leadership role, ideal for someone who loves building clean, scalable UIs and leading top-tier frontend teams

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading and managing frontend developers

• Deep expertise in ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and responsive design principles

• Proven ability to architect, refactor, and optimize large-scale applications

• Experience in building cross-platform mobile app

• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, etc.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill

• Excellent code quality, documentation, and review practices

• Lead and mentor a high-performing UI team across web and mobil

• Set and enforce UI coding standards, architecture, and technical directio

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineer

• Stay up to date with latest UI trends and introduce relevant tools/framework

• Drive development efficiency and maintain a strong UX focus

• Experience with Vue.js, Angular, or Flutte

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, CI/CD, or DevOp
