Key Responsibilities: - Kitchen Operations: Supervise all kitchen activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely food preparation. - Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff. Foster a positive and disciplined work environment. - Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and kitchen supplies, and minimize food waste. - Quality Control: Ensure that food quality, taste, and presentation meet the brand’s standards. - Hygiene & Safety: Enforce food hygiene and kitchen safety standards in compliance with FSSAI and local regulations. - Cost Control: Manage food cost, portion control, and reduce wastage to improve kitchen profitability. - Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces. - Coordination: Work closely with front-of-house staff for smooth kitchen-to-service coordination.
