Duties include managing inventory, following recipes and SOPs, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, and supporting stock ordering. Prior kitchen experience and food safety knowledge are preferred.

•Your main responsibility will be searching for new clients, promoting the product, dealing with clients, negotiating with them and closing the sales process. •Develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, cold email, and networking events. •Meeting potential customers for new business development activities •Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information & maintaining the Income statement on a daily basis. •Collaborate with the marketing team to design customized proposals and campaigns. •Track leads, conversions, and partnership performance. •Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. •Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
Manage day-to-day à la carte kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to product innovation and development. •Prepare à la carte meals as per orders while maintaining presentation and portion standards. •Innovate new healthy dishes and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback. •Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to maintain calorie and portion. •Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficient order turnaround times. •Participate in product innovation and assist with updates to kitchen SOPs. •Manage Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) process, track and reduce daily wastage. •Handle inventory management, stock keeping, and vendor coordination for daily ingredient purchases.
